The Concierge Service can book your medical appointments or tests, in any facilty you may choose or in one of our 350 clinics with which an agreement has been made that allow you to access preferential routes and special rates.
Our Centre operators will remind you about your appointment or test the day before. Tests and blood tests can also be carried out at home in Milan.

Support for managing insurance matters

In order to help you manage the procedures for insurance reimbursement foreseen by your Healthcare Policy, the Medical Concierge offices will obtain all the information about the necessary documentation and procedures for you.
They will also collect and check the documents and send the file to your insurance company.

Managing check up services

During your periodical check-ups, you can consult a Doctor at the Centre in order to evaluate the suitability of carrying out the tests prescribed or introducing new or different ones, based on your Personal Medical File.
Medical Concierge will therefore book your check-up that you can later comment on with one of our doctors.
Our operators will also remind you of the appointment each year, together with any tests or examinations to be carried out for the occasion.

Updating and analysis of your reports

Keeping your Personal Medical File updated is essential, but not always simple. With your consent, the Medical Concierge experts will take care of entering the results of your appointments, tests and check-ups.
The doctors at the Centre are also always available to evaluate, comment and explain your reports in light of the information contained in your record.
