The name of a medicine, a prescription, an audio or video consultation at any time from overseas.
When you are abroad, you may need information that is difficult to find, such as the local commercial name of your medicine.
The International Pharmacology service provides this information “in real time” and, if the medicine is not sold in that country, it can indicate an alternative with the same active ingredient, send you the relative prescription and inform you about correct dosage.
Wherever you are, you can consult the Centre’s Doctors who will help you to overcome any problems related to language barriers.
If you need a medicine or if you most go to a local medical facility, our doctors can send you a prescription or a medical report with information and medical suggestions, in one of the 18 languages available.
Reporting your symptoms, an illness or an allergy in a foreign language in a distant country has never been so easy: all you need to do is make a phone call and Medical Concierge will provide the translation by email or fax.
